You will take charge of developing training strategies, managing budgets, and evaluating training programs. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the training department to enhance staff capabilities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs and introduce improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to training.
  • Engage with external training providers to broaden the scope of learning opportunities.
  • Motivate and inspire employees to pursue personal and professional development.
  • Create and maintain training records and documentation for audit purposes.
  • Stay updated on training best practices and industry trends.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to align training with recruitment and retention strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or similar is an asset

  • 5+ years in a leadership role within training and development
