Job Description

As an Event Planner at Eventmasters Australia, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of various events across Queensland. Your creativity and attention to detail will ensure that every event is unique and memorable. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life, managing all aspects of event planning from initial concept through to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of events ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Identify and implement innovative event ideas to improve attendee experiences.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of current event trends and technologies.
• Supervise event staff and volunteers during events.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients showcasing event concepts.
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote events.
• Review feedback from clients and attendees to enhance future events.
• Attend industry networking events to build relationships and promote the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in high-level event planning and management

Advantageous
