We are seeking a dedicated Horse Show Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of various equestrian events. Responsibilities

  • Administer budgets and oversee financial aspects of events.
  • Lead the coordination of staff, volunteers, and vendors for each horse show.
  • Manage logistics for event setup including arena design and judge assignments.
  • Serve as liaison between stakeholders to ensure thorough communication.
  • Monitor compliance with safety and sports regulations throughout events.
  • Oversee registration and payment processes for exhibitors.
  • Train and evaluate volunteers and event staff to ensure high performance.
  • Create promotional campaigns to enhance visibility and participation in events.
  • Document show outcomes and maintain detailed event records.
  • Provide assistance in related equestrian initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Sports Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in event management with focus on equestrian events.
