Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the daily cleaning operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that cleaning standards are maintained and that all areas are kept in a hygienic condition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Train and mentor cleaning staff in best practices.
• Create and manage cleaning schedules for various locations.
• Evaluate staff performance and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with safety and health standards.
• Respond effectively to clients’ queries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supplies.
• Work collaboratively with management and other departments.
• Implement quality control measures for cleaning processes.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant management qualifications preferred

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial role is essential.
