Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee our operations in Hobart. As a Hotel Manager, you will ensure the effective management of the hotel, delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your role is crucial in leading our team and maintaining our high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily hotel operations and manage staff schedules.
  • Create and maintain operational procedures for the hotel.
  • Responsible for achieving satisfactory profit margins and ultimate guest satisfaction.
  • Direct marketing efforts to promote hotel services and promotions.
  • Develop strong partnerships with suppliers and local tourism offices.
  • Address any employee or guest issues promptly and effectively.
  • Plan and execute hotel events and conferences.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate training sessions on customer service best practices.
  • Continuously assess and implement measures for improving hotel services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus

  • 5+ years of management experience in hotel or food and beverage services.
