Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee our operations in Hobart. As a Hotel Manager, you will ensure the effective management of the hotel, delivering outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your role is crucial in leading our team and maintaining our high standards of hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Lead, train, and supervise hotel staff in delivering premium service.
  • Manage budget and financial operations for the hotel.
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive guest bookings and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Build strong relationships with guests and respond to their needs promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to maintain cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare reports on hotel performance and staff productivity.
  • Coordinate special events and activities within the hotel.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of management experience in hotel or food and beverage services.
