Responsibilities
Collaborate with other team members to develop promotional materials and itineraries.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Provide travelers with detailed information and support before, during, and after travel.
Gather feedback to continuously improve travel services and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Education
Degree in Tourism Management or a relevant discipline is preferred
Experience
1-3 years of experience in a similar role is desirable
