• Communicate with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients are sourced.
• Provide exceptional customer service during consultations and fittings.
• Update clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings to share ideas and improve processes.
• Assist in baking and preparation when needed during peak seasons.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Cake Decoration or relevant experience

Experience

• Experience with designing and creating multi-tiered wedding cakes and knowledge of flavour combinations.
