Job Description

As an Event Coordinator at Creative Events Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional events. You’ll manage all details from conception to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and seamless experiences. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a knack for problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of events from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with teams on event design, logistics, and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all events.
  • Prepare and maintain event documentation, including contracts and budgets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
  • Manage on-the-day logistics, ensuring everything runs smoothly and as planned.
  • Utilise event management software to track progress and outcomes.
  • Train and supervise junior staff and volunteers during events.
  • Develop creative concepts for events that align with client goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field
  • Additional certifications in event planning are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
