Job Description

As a Tip-Out Worker in our establishment, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring fair tip distribution among staff. Your attention to detail and excellent communication will be key in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Handle cash and record all incoming and outgoing tips accurately.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure effective distribution of tips.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines during peak hours.
  • Keep work area tidy and organized for efficient operations.
  • Participate in training sessions as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in food and hospitality is preferred but not required

Languages
  • English: Fluent
