Job Description

As a Baggage Porter or Bellhop, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering assistance with luggage and providing a warm welcome. This role is vital in ensuring that guests experience a smooth and pleasant transition into our hotel. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will help create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Handle guest luggage and ensure timely delivery to rooms.
  • Provide information on hotel services and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception areas are well-kept.
  • Work closely with the front desk team to enhance guest experiences.
  • Address guest concerns and find solutions promptly.
  • Support housekeeping as needed to maintain clean public areas.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
