Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of our financial records. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software. You will play a vital role in maintaining financial stability and helping our clients thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor cash flow and financial KPIs.
  • Engage with clients to address billing inquiries.
  • Train and support junior bookkeeping staff as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree or diploma in Accounting or Business
  • Professional membership in relevant accounting bodies is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role
