Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Roving Teller, responsible for providing mobile banking services to our valued customers. You will travel to various locations, assisting with transactions and offering personalised service, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-the-go banking services by visiting customers at different locations.
  • Assist with various transactions including deposits and withdrawals efficiently.
  • Maintain cash management practices and ensure transaction accuracy.
  • Provide exemplary customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to banking protocols and compliance standards.
  • Spot sales leads and refer customers as appropriate for banking services.
  • Engage in training to improve service skills and product knowledge.
  • Resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of customer details.
  • Complete other responsibilities as directed by the Branch Manager.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Relevant qualifications in Finance would be beneficial
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer-facing role
Technical Skills
  • Strong cash management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Soft Skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
Certifications
  • First Aid Certification (desirable)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
