Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Flanger to operate and maintain our flanging machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all flanged products adhere to our quality standards, while collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and optimize processes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machinery to produce high-quality flanges.
• Conduct visual inspections and tests on finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with inventory management of materials.
• Maintain accurate records of machine performance.
• Report any inconsistencies or defects in production.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Reading blueprints
• Use of mechanical tools

Soft Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in metalworking: Hands-on experience in metalworking techniques and processes.
