Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our internal and external clients receive top-notch technical support. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing training to staff, and maintaining IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective technical support to users across various platforms.
• Identify recurring issues and propose solutions to reduce downtime.
• Maintain user accounts and access rights in compliance with company policies.
• Perform backup and recovery operations as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a relevant field
• ITIL Foundation Certification is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
