Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Continuity Planner to join our project management team. As a key member, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project controls, ensuring effective risk management, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive project plans that encompass schedules, costs, and quality parameters.
  • Conduct regular project performance reviews and adjust plans as necessary to mitigate risks.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to align project expectations and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project controls processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in the integration of advanced project management tools and software.
  • Provide oversight for project documentation and ensure transparency.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource availability.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in project controls practices.
  • Review contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and manage risks.
  • Support the Project Manager in strategic decision-making related to resources and timelines.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years in a project controls capacity within the construction sector
