Responsibilities

• Perform telephone interviews in line with project guidelines.
• Accurately document responses and manage data entry.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the process.
• Deliver completed surveys to the research team on a regular basis.
• Follow quality assurance protocols during interviews.
• Achieve set goals for the number of surveys completed weekly.
• Communicate effectively with team members to improve survey techniques.
• Demonstrate adaptability in handling various survey topics and questions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in telephone interviewing or a call center environment is a plus.

Technical Skills

• CRM software experience
• Transcription skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
