E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive our online sales strategy and operations in Canberra. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and consumer behavior. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives to enhance customer experience, optimize product listings, and increase conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategic planning and execution of e-commerce initiatives.
• Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and retention in online sales.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to streamline e-commerce operations.
• Collaborate with finance to manage budgets and forecasting for e-commerce operations.
• Foster collaborative relationships within marketing and IT teams to enhance the e-commerce experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
• Master's degree in Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing e-commerce projects
