Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through cold calling and networking.
• Advocate for customer needs within the company to drive improvements.
• Prepare and deliver weekly sales reports to Sales Manager.
• Create proposals and contracts for prospective clients.
• Conduct product training sessions for customers as needed.
• Assist in managing customer accounts and ensuring a smooth transition post-sale.
• Evaluate customer feedback and implement necessary changes.
• Engage with clients to ensure ongoing support and relationship building.
• Identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Work towards achieving set KPIs and commission targets.
