• Inspect properties to ascertain their condition and relevant details.
• Engage with property owners to explain assessment processes and computations.
• Prepare detailed reports summarising findings and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national assessment standards.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance assessment knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with legal teams to handle disputes and appeals effectively.
• Document any changes in property data that may affect assessed values.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management or related field

Experience

• Same as previous

Languages

• English: Fluent
