Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Artillery and Missile Crew Members to operate and maintain advanced artillery systems. The role involves teamwork, technical expertise, and effective communication during critical military operations.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the MLRS during varied missions.
Perform diagnostics and repairs on malfunctioning systems.
Supervise junior crew members in their tasks and responsibilities.
Implement strategic operation plans for military exercises.
Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Interact with command personnel to relay operational updates.
Maintain compliance with military regulations and standards.
Engage in physical training exercises to maintain fitness requirements.
Assist with logistical considerations for transport and deployment.
Foster a culture of teamwork and camaraderie among crew members.
Requirements
Education
Completion of Year 10 or equivalent
Experience
Experience in military operations preferred.
