We are seeking an Ager who will be responsible for the quality ageing of products at our Melbourne facility. You will utilise your skills to monitor and maintain ageing conditions, ensuring that all products are inspected thoroughly. Responsibilities

• Utilise techniques to age products effectively.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to uphold standards.
• Regularly monitor ageing parameters to ensure quality consistency.
• Prepare documentation for all ageing activities.
• Participate in training sessions for new ageing methods.
• Assist in the development of ageing protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in textile manufacturing or quality control are preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in textile manufacturing or a related role

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to follow strict protocols
• Basic computer skills for documentation

Soft Skills

• Good communication skills
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Background in quality assurance or control: Experience in a quality role dealing with manufacturing processes.
