Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines for precision and efficiency in production.
• Maintain accurate production logs and report discrepancies.
• Assist in the maintenance of the workspace and machines.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Take part in team meetings to discuss performance and best practices.
• Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail sector.

Technical Skills

• Machine Setup
• Troubleshooting

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous Experience: Experience with inventory management systems is advantageous.
