Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our Gold Coast team. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, assisting users with software and hardware inquiries, and ensuring a seamless IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues across various IT platforms.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of network hardware.
• Provide guidance and support in the use of software applications.
• Create and update documentation for IT procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot backup systems regularly.
• Support the IT Manager in implementing new technologies.
• Participate in IT projects and contribute to team goals.
• Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Information Technology or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in IT support roles

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
