Police Identification and Records Officer

Job Description

Join our team as a Police Identification and Records Officer. You will conduct field surveys focused on identifying and documenting flora and fauna, all while working towards our mission of environmental protection.

Responsibilities

• Perform ecological surveys to identify flora and fauna species.
• Employ various identification methods, including visual identification and DNA analysis.
• Compile and analyse ecological data for conservation planning.
• Prepare technical documents for stakeholders and project proposals.
• Engage with local communities to raise awareness on conservation efforts.
• Work on multidisciplinary projects with a focus on environmental sustainability.
• Conduct training for team members on new identification techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology or related field
• Master's degree in Ecology or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in field surveys and ecology
