We are searching for a skilled Petroleum Engineer with a strong background in completion engineering. The successful candidate will oversee the completion processes across various projects, utilising their expertise in the oil and gas industry to optimise production and ensure efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively design and plan completion strategies for new projects.
• Analyse data to identify trends and inform decisions regarding completions.
• Lead efforts in well performance optimisation and reporting.
• Foster a culture of safety and operational excellence within the team.
• Prepare proposals for advanced techniques and technologies to enhance productivity.
• Oversee budget management for completion projects.
• Drive initiatives for the adoption of new technologies within the completion processes.
• Maintain documentation for all completion activities and findings.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and learning within the organisation.
• Identify key performance indicators and track progress across projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or relevant discipline
• Master's degree in Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in completion engineering within the oil and gas sector

• Completion Design Software
• Reservoir Modelling Software

• Leadership

Certifications

• Violence in the Oil and Gas Industry Certification
• Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)

Languages

• English: Fluent
