Responsibilities

• Work closely with students to provide tailored support based on their individual needs.
• Help adapt learning materials to ensure accessibility.
• Attend team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
• Utilize various communication methods to engage students effectively.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging attitude to motivate students.
• Report any concerns regarding student welfare to appropriate staff.
• Assist with classroom management to help maintain a conducive learning environment.
• Build rapport with students to enhance their confidence and social skills.
• Contribute to the planning of educational activities and lessons.
• Support the emotional and social development of students.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in First Aid and CPR are advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience in a classroom environment is beneficial.

Languages

• English: Fluent
