• Provide insights on improving system reliability and performance.

• Document and maintain comprehensive test records for accountability and analysis.
• Engage in continuous learning to refine testing techniques.
• Assist in training junior engineers on testing protocols.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
• Review regulatory changes and ensure testing practices align accordingly.
• Support project managers in meeting deadlines for testing phases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of proven aeronautical testing experience
