Job Description

The Bread Jockey will manage the preparation, baking, and delivery of freshly baked bread and pastries, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality control checks on baked goods before delivery.

  • Keep accurate records of production and inventory.

Requirements

Education

  • Food Handling Certification
Experience
