Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of various machines, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, and you'll be pivotal in achieving our production goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machinery during production runs to detect any malfunctions.
• Perform scheduled maintenance according to the maintenance program.
• Document machine performance and maintenance activities accurately.
• Work alongside engineers to develop improved machine operations.
• Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment for repairs and adjustments.
• Prioritize safety in all operations, adhering to workplace protocols.
• Assist with inventory management of raw materials and finished goods.
• Implement suggestions for best practices regarding machine operation.
• Engage with supervisors to report issues and recommend solutions.
• Undertake any additional duties as required related to production.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical or Industrial Engineering) preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operating heavy machinery or similar roles
