Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conception through implementation.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in design best practices.
• Engage with clients to define project scopes and objectives.
• Analyze and interpret data to enhance design efficacy.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project progress and outcomes.
• Support quality assurance by conducting inspections and tests.
• Document and report findings and recommendations to the management.
• Promote environmental sustainability within the design process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in designing mechanical systems

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks
• MATLAB

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE)
