Ice Cream Shop Associate

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for the Ice Cream Shop Associate position. You'll be responsible for interacting with customers, preparing ice cream treats, and ensuring the shop is always clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on ice cream flavors and toppings.
• Prepare and serve ice cream cones, sundaes, milkshakes, and other menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including regularly sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any complaints or issues.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Contribute to the overall success and growth of the ice cream shop.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
