Job Description

As a Pipe Manufacture Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the production process of quality pipes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will lead a team, manage production schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage production workflow.
• Ensure the team operates within budget and meets production targets.
• Develop training programs for staff development and compliance.
• Utilize lean manufacturing techniques to streamline processes.
• Coordinate with procurement to maintain stock levels for production.
• Implement safety programs and conduct safety training sessions.
• Analyze production data to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Provide input into production planning and scheduling.
• Support team morale through effective leadership and coaching.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Engineering or Manufacturing relevant fields is preferred

Experience

• Experience in the pipe manufacturing industry is highly desirable
