Job Description

We are seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technologist (EEG Tech) to join our innovative team in Sydney. You will perform diagnostic tests to record brain activity, ensuring accurate results to assist in diagnosing neurological conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional care and support to patients undergoing EEG tests.
  • Ensure accurate placement and performance of EEG recordings.
  • Review and evaluate patient history to assist in diagnosis.
  • Document and report any unusual patient responses during tests.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on EEG machines to ensure peak performance.
  • Participate in departmental meetings to discuss findings and improvements.
  • Implement best practices in brain activity monitoring and care.
  • Assist with patient follow-ups and consultations post-procedure.
  • Engage in community outreach programs to promote awareness of EEG services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Neurodiagnostic Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical EEG setting

Certifications
