Job Description

As a Sub Plant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a specific industrial plant, ensuring that safety, production, and quality standards are met. You will collaborate closely with various departments and lead a team of supervisors to achieve efficiency goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure production targets are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Conduct regular inspections of production processes.
  • Foster a culture of safety within the plant.
  • Actively seek ways to improve operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments.
  • Oversee maintenance schedules and equipment repairs.
  • Develop training programs for continuous staff development.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience
  • Experience with 3D printing or other emerging technologies is advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • ISO Standards

  • Experience with sustainability practices: Knowledge of environmentally sustainable practices within manufacturing.
  • Experience in international manufacturing and supply chain: Proven track record of managing global manufacturing operations.
