We are seeking a talented Sewing Machine Operator to join our skilled team. You will play a crucial role in producing high-quality embroidered designs on various fabrics while ensuring precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up embroidery machines for production runs.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with the design team to resolve issues in real-time.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow and production schedules.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Assist in training new operators on best practices and equipment handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

Education

• High School Certificate or equivalent
• Australian Certificate IV in Textile Production preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a textile-related field
