We are seeking a skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines used in surface preparation, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate machinery for grinding and polishing.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Assist in training new operators on the machines and safety protocols.
• Monitor production processes for quality control and report any discrepancies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in air chipping or relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience operating pneumatic tools
