Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Calcine Furnace Loader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading materials into and out of the furnace, monitoring the furnace operations, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of the process.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely while adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure accurate tracking of materials through the furnace process.
• Engage in team meetings to review performance and share insights.
• Assist with training of new employees on furnace operations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualifications preferred

Experience

• Experience in a similar role within mining or manufacturing environments

Technical Skills

• Furnace operation

• Communication

Certifications

• First Aid Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety protocols: Understanding of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
