Responsibilities

• Prepare tables for service, ensuring each setting meets the restaurant's high standards.
• Help maintain a tidy environment, clearing plates and debris promptly.
• Work closely with the waitstaff to facilitate timely delivery of food and drinks.
• Ensure that table settings are replenished as needed, including napkins and cutlery.
• Assist in managing the flow of guests to ensure the dining experience is smooth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the efficient delivery of meals.
• Monitor table turnover and assist in seating arrangements.
• Engage positively with guests to enhance their dining experience.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required.

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.

Advantageous
