Job Description

As a Vacuum Metalizer Operator, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, responsible for operating vacuum metalizing equipment to apply metal coatings on various substrates. Your focus on adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment will ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare substrates for metal coating by cleaning and handling materials.
• Ensure the vacuum metalizing process is conducted according to specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure conformity with standards.
• Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide feedback on production processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in manufacturing or mechanical fields is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience operating vacuum metalizing equipment or similar machinery.
