Job Description
As an Aluminum Boat Assembly Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end assembly of our aluminum boats. Your leadership will ensure that our production team adheres to quality standards while meeting project timelines.
Responsibilities
Direct the assembly operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Facilitate team collaboration to ensure production targets are met.
Implement best practices and process improvements.
Assist in the development of new assembly procedures and protocols.
Review and approve assembly documentation and reports.
Lead safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Resolve any conflicts or issues within the assembly team promptly.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Trade qualification in boatbuilding or a related field (desirable)
Experience
At least 5 years in a supervisory role within boat assembly or related industries.
