Job Description

As an Aluminum Boat Assembly Supervisor, you will oversee and manage the end-to-end assembly of our aluminum boats. Your leadership will ensure that our production team adheres to quality standards while meeting project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Direct the assembly operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate team collaboration to ensure production targets are met.
• Implement best practices and process improvements.
• Assist in the development of new assembly procedures and protocols.
• Review and approve assembly documentation and reports.
• Lead safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Resolve any conflicts or issues within the assembly team promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Trade qualification in boatbuilding or a related field (desirable)

Experience

• At least 5 years in a supervisory role within boat assembly or related industries.

Technical Skills

• Project Management
• Proficiency in Hand Tools
