We are seeking a skilled Lathe Puller to join our manufacturing team in Sydney. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating lathe machines to produce metal parts with utmost precision. Responsibilities

• Operate lathes effectively to machine precision parts.
• Conduct quality checks on completed products to ensure conformity to standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in inventory management of raw materials and components.
• Follow production timelines and communicate delays proactively.
• Work closely with quality assurance inspectors to ensure compliance.
• Complete required documentation for production processes.
• Engage in safety training and uphold safety practices.
• Support process optimization initiatives in manufacturing.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Trade certification or equivalent
• Additional certifications in CNC operations a plus.

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Mechanical Aptitude

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Quality Control Processes: Ability to understand and implement quality control measures in production.
