Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of distillation to rectify and produce high-quality spirits.
• Work closely with other production staff to optimise workflow and efficiency.
• Follow established protocols for safety and quality control throughout production.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in distillation or beverage production preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in liquor rectification or a related field

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with recipe development: Experience in creating and developing innovative liquor recipes.
