Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vocal Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent vocal training programs, preparing and conducting lessons tailored to individual student needs, and assessing their progress through constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Teach vocal technique and music theory to students.
  • Engage students with interactive lesson plans that promote their musical abilities.
  • Conduct regular assessments to gauge student improvement and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Prepare students for performances and recitals by organizing practice sessions.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
  • Collaborate with other instructors to enrich the overall music curriculum.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and any concerns.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient classroom environment.
  • Encourage students to explore various music styles and genres.
  • Participate in community outreach to promote the music academy.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Music, Performing Arts, or related field
  • Teaching qualifications/certification preferred
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience teaching vocal music to students of all ages.
