Job Description

Join our team as a Leather Sprayer, where you will be responsible for applying quality finishes to leather goods. Ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing environment and possess the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Mask and cover areas not to be sprayed to ensure accuracy in finishing.
• Mix and prepare dyes or pigments as required for production needs.
• Inspect finished products and make necessary touch-ups to achieve visual consistency.
• Assist other departments in the production process as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to improve processes.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Leather Production (or equivalent)
• Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Spray Equipment Operation
• Leather Finishing Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Leather Finishing: Familiarity with various leather coatings and their application methods.
