Job Description

Join our manufacturing team as an Extruding Machine Operator. The right candidate will operate and troubleshoot granulating machinery while maintaining high production standards and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operational oversight of extrusion machinery, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Perform quality control checks and document findings.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Engage with maintenance teams for repairs and upgrades.
• Use production record-keeping software effectively.
• Report any anomalies in equipment performance to supervisors.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles.
• Maintain safety compliance and address hazards immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical diploma or certification is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing role
