The Filler Room Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of the filling room, ensuring operations run smoothly while upholding high hygiene and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will be proactive in performing quality control checks and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machines, ensuring efficient and accurate filling of containers.
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of filling equipment.
• Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a tidy workspace.
• Assist with quality checks and document findings for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration with team members to meet production targets.
• Report on equipment malfunctions and assist in repairs as required.
• Train new staff on operational hygiene and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Food Processing or equivalent
• Current food handling and safety certificate

Experience

• Prior experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.
