Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet quality standards prior to shipment
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisor about production issues
• Follow strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in production areas
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a positive team environment and culture
• Stay updated on safety practices and emergency procedures
• Assist in the setup and functionality checks of new equipment
• Help maintain compliance with ISO certifications
• Participate in morning briefings and provide input on production needs
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and alert management when supplies are low

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in Manufacturing or related field is preferable

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in production roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
