Job Description
The Spring Production Supervisor will oversee the production process of spring manufacturing. This role is crucial in ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Plan production schedules and oversee operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and ensure maintenance is performed.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for material needs.

Requirements
Education
- Relevant qualification in engineering or manufacturing
Experience
- 5+ years supervisory experience in production roles
