Responsibilities

• Oversee the wax molding process from start to finish.
• Ensure all completed products meet quality assurance standards.
• Adjust machinery settings to meet specific project requirements.
• Document production processes and maintain records.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams for optimized product development.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Manufacturing or related field preferred

Experience

• Experience with different types of wax and molds is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience with 3D modeling software

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Critical thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of sustainable manufacturing practices: Awareness of eco-friendly processes and materials.
• Experience with CAD software: Ability to utilize software for designing molds.
