Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Beater Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and maintain the beater machine, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality paper products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the beater machine.
• Collect data and report on machine performance to supervisors.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Document maintenance activities and machine performance issues.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in machine operation are highly regarded.

Experience

• Previous experience in the paper and pulp industry preferred.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of fiber blending techniques

Soft Skills

• Teamwork skills
